Araamda Inn - Norcross

The location of this hotel is super convenient-close to shopping and restaurants, which was a major plus during my stay. The room itself was pretty spacious and the bathroom was clean, so I appreciated that. Plus, the staff was nice and friendly, always willing to help out when needed.

My experience went downhill fast. The room was way too dark with barely any light, and I felt like I was in a cave. The front desk staff seemed disorganized, forgetting to give me the Wi-Fi password, which was frustrating. To top it off, the furniture was outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable—definitely not a great stay overall!

Check-in was unorganized, and the staff seemed inexperienced. I had concerns about safety due to loud noises and questionable activity surrounding the hotel. It was hard to relax with the constant interruptions from neighboring rooms and the unsettling feeling of the environment.

Location: the hotel was so close to Araamda Inn Norcross, shopping areas and Atlanta. Accommodating staff, I liked everyone. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

The cozy atmosphere and spacious room with a fridge made my extended stay enjoyable, though the lack of provided toiletries was disappointing.

The hotel was an absoluteley disapointing experience. I could hear the loud people above me all night, and to top it off, my iPhone charger was stolen! I expected a gesture of goodwill, maybe a room upgrade, since I was so uncomfortable. But nope, just more disappointments. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
